• Analyze spend data, contract data and invoices to categorize and report on spend channel recommendations to management • Cleanse and prepare large sets of data to be used in various databases • Works closely with Sourcing managers to perform strategic sourcing activities, collection, analysis, benchmarking, and reporting of category and spend data• Prepares spend analysis based on spend by commodity, operating company and suppliers• Understand and use internal Procurement tools and processes. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data for assigned projects. Expand market knowledge of assigned commodities. • Monitor and track online catalogs to ensure compliance with pricing, supplier and procurement policies.• Train Junior employees on BI Tools• Work closely with internal stakeholders on reporting requirements for vendor spend• Develop and maintain reports for Senior Management• Conceptualize, structure and specify spend data collection, analysis and maintenance• Capture senior executive reporting needs and proactively present recommended metrics

• Create cube, views and analytical reports of large datasets with the help of Opera proprietary and other advanced analytics tools like SAS, Excel etc• Work closely with onshore teams in US, Europe etc, to help deliver high quality analytical deliverables• Data cleansing, Scrubbing, Profiling and Categorization.• Creation of multi-dimensional data view, data analysis, reports and extracts generation.• Communication and liaison with on/offshore delivery consultants.
