Content Interface is a young italian startup focused on kiosk and digital signage systems (http://www.contentiterface.it).I helped them to define their internal software developing process, introducing tools and agile methodologies to their young team. I helped them to design and develop a new CMS that was able to build, maintain, monitoring and synchronizing media contents (images, videos, music, etc.) in a network of kiosks and video streaming servers. The solution is now being modified to run on mini computers (mini/pico ITX) to allow embedding into custom devices.

H-Care was a innovative italian startup that created the first 3D Human Digital Assistant: a 3D model driven by a real time rule based engine, created to help people on web sites. The project had three main parts (all written in Java and Javascript): a front end module, a backend module and an authoring tool (to create the knowledge of the assistant). I worked on all of these modules, becoming one of the leads of the project. It was in those years I grown my experience as front end developer, coding a realtime javascript web application that allowed users to concurrently edit the system knowledge base using a graphical environment.

I worked in Wave Technologies as software architect in a very big project for Fondiaria SAI insurance.The initial project roadmap was of about 5 years, but it was extended for a longer period. I worked in a team of 5 people: our target was to build a core company framework that would be used by a team of less experienced developers to implement an internal management software. It was a nice challenge for me, (although there were many constraints on technologies that could be used) and I contributed with important driving decisions.

This was my first professional job. E-TREE was a fantastic company that grew up in the age of the new economy. I worked 5 years developing and deploying large web projects (most of then in Java) for the most important italian clients, like Telecom Italia,Vodafone, Save Venice Airport, SBK and San Paolo Bank. I begun as simple junior developer and I grew up to a lead developer, working with teams up to 10 people.
