I was taking care of the selling process, about customers, most of them where tourists from all around the world: the store was actually in the historic location of Campo De’ Fiori. I am used to a busy faced place.Benheart is a brand focused on Italian leather. Product handmade and locally, we were selling leather jackets, handmade leather shoes, and customized belts.I was almost the manager store, talking directly with the house mother in Florence, taking care of stocktake, picking and packing, customized orders, and deliveries all around the world.

Working in the Fashion square in Milan, “ Quadrilatero della Moda”, I was dealing with very different kinds of customer, high fashion lovers, coming from all around the world to Milan to find the best Italian fashion handmade products and bring them back home. We were also providing handmade customized products, made following customers' requests, in a limited amount of time, and if needed we were delivering them to our customers all around the world.I was also responsible for managing stocks, deliveries, and couriers such as GLS, DHL, UPS.
