I am responsible for the full cycle recruitment process for attorneys and paralegals in Silicon Valley. - I communicate daily with hiring managers at top Silicon Valley companies and law firms in order to clearly define and understand their hiring needs and develop a strategic plan to placement.- I source and recruit top talent through online resources such as LinkedIn, social and professional networks, and in-house resources.- I schedule and conduct 15 to 20 interviews each week in order to assess candidates for open positions.- I coordinate with candidates and decision makers in order to facilitate the evaluation and on-boarding of top candidates to fill open positions.
