I work with Smith’s clients to develop and implement HR-focused communication strategies and materials, supporting broader business and workforce management objectives. I lead and manage projects that include print, video, digital and social media components. Smith is a management consulting firm that specializes in employee, marketing and corporate communication services. We offer our clients in-depth communication expertise in the areas of human resources, benefits and total rewards, as well as in employee training, business strategy and complex corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, spinoffs and workforce reductions.This is seasonal work coinciding with Open Enrollment.
