• Respond to incoming customer inquiry, develop accounts• Outsource Material • Generate quotation using SAP/Oracle database• Provide product prices, deliver specifications and payment terms • Offer substitute products where appropriate • Assist outside sales and/or branch management • Process priority transactions • Understand customers business and determine needs/expectations • Enter and maintain purchase orders, customer orders, and trade discounts • Maintain and approve quality standards • Maintain & secure customer intellectual properties • Extensive knowledge of export compliance Generate multiple reports for manager (orders/quote reports)Directly work with customer to clear any discrepancies with billingAssist sales group in order to maintain goals (monthly/quarterly/yearly)Go to warehouse and pull orders to ensure shipmentEnsure that all is billed at the end of the month
