1 year contract on the Residential Capital Markets team within Residential Development. I covered four sub-teams specialising in Build to Rent, Tenanted Investments, Affordable Housing and Residential Investment Valuations.

Admiralty Arch is a Grade I listed building undergoing restoration into a luxury hotel, serviced residences, and private members' club. I was part of the client team, primarily responsible for stakeholder, investor, and client relations, managing events, overseeing marketing and PR efforts and coordinating the design team.
