For over two years, I have been fortunate to work at The NRP Group LLC starting as a Property Management Operations Intern and eventually being hired on full-time as a Procurement Coordinator post graduation from Cleveland State University. Throughout my time at NRP, I have learned an immense amount about property management, gained several skills, and have been able to collaborate with several business partners. In my current role as Procurement Coordinator, I manage the PayScan Dashboard and assist our properties in processing their invoices. Additionally, I conduct audits for several of our vendors to ensure invoices have been received and are processed in a timely manner. I work very closely with our Community Manager's and assist them by adding vendors, filling out credit applications, answering questions about invoices and purchase orders, and providing them with additional training when needed.I am grateful for the knowledge and experience I have gained thus far, and I am excited to continue to learn and grow in my career!
