Performed an IMPLAN-based Oregon Skier Profile and Economic Impact Analysis for Ski Oregon, a non-profit organization that promotes outdoor winter recreation in Oregon. Developed and coordinated distribution of survey with each of Oregon’s twelve resorts, performed technical analysis, and completed final deliverables working directly with CSC’s Executive Director.

Assembled dynamic groups of youth and adult members to develop downhill skiing skills through fun and challenging activities. Tailored lesson plans and experiences to encourage skill and confidence breakthroughs and achieve group and individual skiers’ goals. Participated closely with Ski School Director in channeling more passion for snowsports into existing group programming.

Achieved full certification: PSIA Level III. Instructed groups of adults of all ability levels, primarily out of Mid-Vail and Golden Peak to refine downhill skiing skills, foster group education, and encourage the formation of bonds between skiers of varying ability levels. Attended extensive instructor training focused on bio-mechanics, learning styles, and innovative teaching techniques.
