• Provide academic advising and career coaching services to approximately 400 students across the full-time MBA, evening MBA, MS Sustainable Management, and MS Taxation degree programs• Coach 100+ domestic and international full-time MBA students and prospective students in one-on-one appointments on job search skills, industry-specific market strategies, and trends to secure summer internships and full-time employment• Conceptualize, develop, and deliver specialized and targeted career strategy programming three times per month for students, including industry panels, alumni networking events, hands-on workshops, and speaker series• Lead the development and execution of full-time MBA career education programming timelines to provide targeted support for this group of students with special attention for summer internships and full-time positions• Collaborate with Employer Relations team to execute relevant industry and functional hiring and networking events for all student populations, resulting in strengthened employer and alumni relationships• Track full-time MBA students through their job searches in order to provide additional support when needed, including coaching and individualized strategizing, and maintain a detailed understanding of the population• Solicit student feedback and partner with Kellstadt Dean’s office and faculty members to innovate programming opportunities for all MBA students, which has resulted in enhanced student learning and hands-on career education

- Manage and create content for 3 social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook) for the MS Higher Ed. program - Plan career development workshops with the Senior Career Advisor, and create corresponding invitations and flyers- Communicate with prospective students about applying to the program, and help staff events for prospective and current students such as Networking Night and Preview Days

- Support the 140 students in the LLM International program through career strategizing, advising, and document review- Create and staff workshops for LLM International students with the Associate Director for the LLM International program- Update existing career strategy resources (resume and cover letter guides, timelines, writing sample tips) and create new resources (job fair dates list, informational prezis)
