Titles can be misleading, here's what I actually do in this role: I focus my time on improving data structures and automating archaic processes - there's a lot of that to be found in banking ;). I create unique programs for internal processes leveraging Power Apps & PowerBi. I deliver independent projects to executive leadership using R and Python to explore internal pay and performance trends. I love to teach the tools I use and hold workshops in R, Python, and PowerBI to colleagues practicing on real company scenarios. I believe we are all accountable for data stewardship, regardless of the levels we operate at and use this role to live that.
