- Report to the Director of Communications and Marketing- Work closely with the Foundation’s Development Team to strengthen strategic digital initiatives aligned with HealthWell’s mission. - Provide strategy, campaign planning and implementation, content production and performance optimization across all digital channels.- Monitor and report on all published marketing initiatives- Provide quarterly and annual analytics to the Foundation’s senior team- Create social media and print assets for publication and distribution, including design, images, videos, animation, and interactive graphics. - Website programming and day-to-day website updates with a focus on improved user experience and content marketing.

- Reported directly to the Digital Marketing Manager and worked closely with the Communications and Marketing Department to strengthen strategic digital initiatives aligned with HealthWell’s mission and assisted with broad-based activities- Monitored social media channels and media feed vendor repository, social media analytics and metrics, and assisted with special social media initiatives emanating from various departments at HealthWell’s headquarters.- Monitored and reported all social media metrics for publication in the Foundation’s external communications, including quarterly and annual reports. - Managed HealthWell’s GoogleAds and GA4 accounts to advise the team about required updates and provide implementation suggestions.

My job duties include adding products to Shopify, collaborating with a website developer, and creating and sharing social media content on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
