I have just began teaching office Yoga at WeWork co-working spaces in Hamburg. My classes take a strong focus on strengthening the spine and joints, as the class is aimed for those who are sat working at a desk all day.

Since arriving in Hamburg in September 2018, I have managed to secure a sub teaching role at Yoga Connection, where I sub teach around 1-2 times per week.. It is my responsibility to plan and teach a 90 minute class, with the style and level depending on which class I am covering for the unavailable teacher.

I have built up a very active and engaged community of Meetup members, whereby I regularly arrange and host events throughout the community (4 x a week).These range from yoga classes, Reiki shares, community vegan picnics and full/new moon meditation sessions. Yoga classes started out with about 4/6 people, and have since grew to 15-25 people per class.My role is to organise these events, host them and promote them via social media to ensure that people come along.

I am teaching yoga and meditation to children six years of age at a primary school in Ohlsdorf. It is my role that once per week, I am with the children for two hours whereby we play yoga games, practice meditation and mindfulness activities. I have also began running children’s meditation workshops in other bilingual schools in Hamburg (Phorms).

Working as a yoga teacher at a luxury hotel/retreat in Mykonos, teaching a variety of different style classes including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Restorative. Next year I will be hosting my own yoga retreat in this location.
