After completing my Psychology degree in Bristol and travelling to five different continents in five months, I have finally fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to Australia.Apart from my interest in the human mind and behaviour (positive psychology in particular), my other passions lie within holistic health, plant based nutrition, fitness, meditation and wellbeing. Aside from my degree I am also a qualified sport and exercise nutritional adviser, a Reiki Level 2 and Pellowah Level 2 practitioner (whilst currently studying for a diploma in neurolinguistic programming and life coaching). My current goals are to continue to traveling the world (I would like to explore more of Asia), whilst pursuing my passions within the holistic health industry. In preparation for this, I intend to complete a yoga instructor and a massage therapist course, with hope to open my own wellbeing center within the future. (December 2016)I update this section (almost a year later in November 2017) and I'm more than thrilled to see that I am living my above intentions. I write this as I am currently in India, Rishikesh half way through completing my 200hr yoga instructor course (Hatha & Ashtanga) with plans to take an Ayurdvedic massage course in the following weeks. Now THAT is what I call manifestation. In regards to my following intentions, I hope to gain experience in teaching yoga in a variety of different countries around the world before eventually setting up my own holistic health retreat.I am currently based in Hamburg, working as a free lance Yoga Teacher and Reiki Master. I teach across a variety of different yoga studios (in English), and run workshops promoting female empowerment and connection to the higher self. I am also hosting and co-hosting three yoga retreats this year (2 in Croatia and 1 in Mykonos, Greece).
