I was directly responsible for managing the accounts of over 4000 forum users, and personally interacting with the fans to maintain a strong and active community based around Alan Wake and Remedy. During my four years, I assisted in the planning and launch of the new website and community forum, helped organise community events, promotions and competitions with Remedy. I was in charge of selecting and managing a small team of moderators and support staff.
