As the manager I handle ensuring project deadlines are met, preparing and sending estimates to clients and I deal directly with clients in regards to their projects. As the lead designer I handle the actual designing of most projects as well as the production of many of these projects. The production aspect of this job includes running the vinyl cutter, the print press, the dye sublimation machine as well as the laser machine.As projects assistant I help with the scheduling, production, and management for the larger scale projects. I also assist the clients directly for the design work they need for each project.
