As a customer service representative, the day-to-day involves plenty of hands-on interaction with our canine and feline companions, as well as their humans. Tasks include checking clients in or out of boarding accommodations or delivering canines to their respective daycare services or day boarding/private-playtime accommodations. Every pet becomes a part of our crew on the resort side.Communication with clientele comes in the form of phone calls, text messages, and email communication as an everyday occurrence. There is a genuine familiarity when it comes to regular visitors, as well as brand-new members of the FPR family.As a doggie daycare attendant, duties involve management and monitoring your daycare yard - including notation of any differences in behavior (including health, temperament, and comfort), upkeep and maintenance of cleanliness, and maintaining a level of calm (or managed) energy within the daycare yard. The prioritization of each canine's comfort is the primary concern at all times.

Performing essential care responsibilities, including upholding the cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the building while providing compassionate, individualized care for all clientele.When working in the daycare yards, the position involved monitoring both small and large daycare groups composed of ~40 dogs of varying ages. The position needed to develop and maintain an understanding of canine body language and communication to ensure the safety of all canine and human individuals within the yard. Additional tasks involved cleaning up bodily waste, capturing photos and videos of canine companions for their owners, and assisting with and conducting evaluation processes for each of the yards - including documenting any interactions, friends, personality developments, or concerns.When working in the resort itself, the position involved the cleaning and/or sanitation of kennels, as well as the feeding, handling, and administration of medications to canine companions that required it. Canines are taken out three times per day for potty breaks if they are not in the daycare environment, as well as provided the optional private playtime in a separate yard if their owner so chooses. Additional tasks included providing basic exit baths or fresh-n-clean services for clientele checking out of the resort after a boarding stay, as well as communicating with their owners on how their companion had done throughout their stay.
