MCEC is the premier venue for business events and Australia's largest convention and exhibition space.In my role, I lead MCEC's proactive media and PR strategy to build the venue's reputation. I support subject matter experts with interviews, speaking opportunities and presentations. I develop strategies for issues and crisis management, and work closely with key internal and external stakeholders. I also manage award submissions on behalf of the business, including winning the Victorian Tourism Awards Business Event Venue in 2023.

GOTAFE is one of the largest vocational training institutes in regional Victoria, operating nine campuses, a mobile campus and online training. As the Media & PR Advisor I was responsible for maintaining GOTAFE's leading reputation, driving all PR, corporate and external-focused communications. I worked closely with key stakeholders including media, government, local communities and industries.

As the Tourism Marketing Officer for Moira Shire Council, I implemented strategic marketing campaigns to increase visitor numbers, visitor spending, length of stay and repeat visits. I was responsible for Council's destination marketing activities including social media, digital marketing, PR, producing marketing collateral and stakeholder engagement.

The Village Co is revolutionising the way the food industry operates - developing technologies to support independents to become more competitive and increase their bottom line. As the Digital Marketing Coordinator for The Village Co, I managed websites, social media and email marketing campaigns across all their brands, each with their own unique audiences and goals. I established and grew their social media following through paid and organic campaigns and coordinated nationally significant events including a fundraising campaign for veteran’s mental health services and the launch of new innovative technology.
