Ensuring building and land use compliance within the local government area by:• Analysing active cases against relevant building and planning legislation;• Issuing Show Cause and Enforcement Notices on behalf of Council; and• Leading critical review of internal building and asset policies and procedures for business improvement and continued compliance.
