Pre-Construction Contracts Administrator
CurrentMy responsibilities include: - Liaise with Design Managers and the Pre-Contracts Manager to coordinate, prepare, evaluate and award consultancy contracts.- Prepare and issue consultant and client variations. - Prepare Descriptions of Work in accordance with Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management Systems.- Liaise with Design Managers to establish contract administration procedures for individual design projects.- Undertake monthly project financial reporting and produce project cost reports.- Prepare and issue monthly client progress claims.- Provide document control for design projects, including reviewing and distributing consultant drawings.
