Central Warehouse Senior Executive looking after 17 rigs as operation under SEEPCO ( Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company

Aim was to have the rig operational at its best with the least down time. And working as a team with all dept. heads to achieve set goals.• Adequate stocks of spares, tools and consumables for all departments in the rig had to be kept. Complete and comprehensive requests were generated and so also periodic follow up with purchasing dept was done.• Updated inventory of all stocks was made available all the time.• Receipt of deliveries & binning as per company standards• At Rig 221 with due support of the Tool pushers & colleagues we were setting examples to other Nabors rigs in terms of best operational practice for planning in advance and cost effectiveness.

Communications: Maintain Rapid, Reliable & Constant flow of communications to support the operations. Concurrent activities, which warranted alternate deployment of vehicles in coordination with Radio room.• Journey Management: Planning & Execution of all travel requirements in a safe & Cost effective manner as per Cairn Energy standards for all personnel working and visiting Barmer & Rigs.• Emergency Medivac: Efficiently handle the situation in organizing for transportation of the casualty for medical treatment.• Material movement: Expedite equipment and people as required.• Prepare papers and documentations related to Re-Export, Material Supply Report (MSR), Material Receipt Report (MRR), Rig Material Request (RMR), Cargo Manifest, and Mobilizations & Demobilizations of Equipments & Services. • Ensure that copy of Material Safety Data Sheet accompanies chemicals that are expedited to or from the rig.• Prepare non-hazardous oilfield waste shipping control tickets and make certain that one is on any vessel standing-by or departing rig location• Coordinate with crane operators, to assure all cargo is loaded and unloaded as required• Ensure Declaration of Inspection and Fuel Ticket are prepared and signed• Ensure that water, fuel, barite and cement inventories are posted daily• Oversee catering service• Update and maintain inventory of rig office supplies• Coordinate and notify base of any fire and abandonment drills• Competency in online inventory (Interim Software solution) used byCairn Energy.• Coordination with procurement dept. for the services & rental equipment and consumables for the drilling well. Efficiently coordinated with the field requirements in organizing for all urgent material requirements.• Documentation: Generate Effective update of Material Management reports on monthly basis to the concerned.

Maintain the inventory of Rig equipment & spares of Mud-Pumps, Mud-Tanks, Top Drive, Draw-works, engines, Centrifugal Pumps, Agitators, All kinds of valves such as Gate-Valve, Butterfly Valve, hopper Valve, Low torque Valve etc.Coordinate with base to maintain the stock of the spares & shortfall of materials. Ensure that water, fuel & Lube oil inventory posted daily to Base office.Call out for fuel & Lube Oil on the daily basis of consumption.

Job Description: Planning & Execution of all travel requirements in a safe & Cost effective manner as per CGG HSE standards for all personnel working for CGG. Designate various vehicles for various departments as per their requirements for all Seismic crew. Maintain regular crew updates of Personnel In/Out, Travel allotment in coordination with Radio Room.
