Develop and execute marketing campaigns and activities ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and achieve the marketing objectives. Engage internal and external stakeholders, including marketing staff, creative agencies and technology partners. Regularly tasked to produce graphic design content for both internal and external communications. Additional roles include:• Communications Officer: Based on customer site, responsible for developing the communication process and producing and facilitating communication materials between Datacom and the client.• Corporate Social Responsibility: Co-Chair of the CSR committee responsible for annual charity initiatives, staff volunteering and managing the Datacom ACT social club.

Responsible for developing and executing key elements within the company’s marketing strategies and provide administrative support to the sales team. I also played a key role in establishing a CSR committee to drive CSR projects, fundraisers and better employee well-being.

Client Relations: First rotation was in client relations where I gained a knowledge of the business and our key clients. During this rotation I developed the Client Satisfaction dashboard to collect and analyse all responses from the client satisfaction surveys which fed into action plans for the client relations management team.Sales and Marketing: Second rotation was in marketing and communications. This role did not previously exist at Datacom ACT and was developed as a need was identified in this space. During this rotation I focused on conferences and events, revision of current communication strategies and ensuring consistency of presentation and branding of Datacom in the ACT market place.

Joined this start-up company on a part-time basis to establish their online presence, manage all aspects of their social media and design a broad range of marketing materials. This included developing a strategic marketing campaign for both pre-lease and product launch phases, graphic design, product photography, writing content for brochures, blogs, and user guides, website design, managing social media profiles and designing compression wear to showcase the company brand.
