I continued all my responsibilities that were mine when I was the Coordinator of Promotions and Community Outreach. I also added several more responsibilities with my new title including: managing all of the Wood Ducks accounts, as well as make content (videoboard & social media platforms). I write all press releases, radio ads & in-game scripts. I started selling sponsorship on top of selling group tickets, event registrations & fan experience packages.

I work on developing a schedule for the year of theme nights. I create and deliver promotions for fan entertainment to build our image and reputation. I execute in game sponsorship activations as well as oversee the operations side of sponsorship fulfillment (tables, concourse set up, etc.). I oversee the Press Box and execution of game production (music, PA, line score). Work with our Social Media Manager to help create local stir that invites fans to attend games. I represent the team at local Chamber events and community functions. I oversee mascot requests and schedule appearances around the community. Plan, organize and schedule our kids club. I schedule pre-game and post- game activities such as national anthem singers, first pitches, play ball kid, etc.

I worked with park staff to ensure event success for thousands of visitors to free community events that included Theater and Concert in the Park, Easter Egg Hunt, Pumpkin Palooza, SummerFest, and 5k/10k Race. I assisted with event set up, oversaw youth game stations, worked with concert and theater performers, and assisted with clean up.
