I am a learning-driven professional with degrees in philosophy, business and engineering. I am driven by problem-identification and problem-solving. I am one of those can't-sleep-until-I've-solved-the-problem type of a person - be it a cross-word, Sudoku, or a philosophy or policy issue. I have strong attention to detail as well as an enthusiasm for engaging in meaningful solution-driven conversations. Currently, I enjoy co-teaching undergraduate philosophy courses where I help students make sense of complex philosophical issues. Prior to venturing into the academic world of philosophy, I worked as a technical recruiter for A.P. Moller - Maersk, where I handled full-cycle recruitment for Maersk Digital Centre, Bangalore. I sourced, screened, and interviewed candidates for various roles in software development. I also collaborated with hiring managers, HR partners, and stakeholders to understand the business needs and deliver the best talent solutions. I am passionate about learning new things, exploring different perspectives, and contributing to the advancement of knowledge and society. I believe that I can bring a diverse and valuable experience to any team or organization that values critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
