In my role as Team Leader, I am required to run the restaurant and manage its operations on a daily basis. Duties of this role include but are not limited to: Opening and closing of store. Handling of customer queries and complaints. Handling cash and transactions. Maintaining hygiene and cleaning regimes. Food preparation. Overseeing food quality and safety. Managing shifts. Managing of staff.

Supporting members of the Programs and Events team with their duties to achieve existing project timelines. Database management including regular data maintenance. Onsite event management including setup and bump out. Administrative support for the Programs and Events team. Assisting with CGEN rehearsal scheduling. Recording and uploading CGEN rehearsal footage to Departmental websites. Assisting with managing CGEN featured and backing vocalist rehearsals and performances, including student welfare issues. Communicating with stage and tunnel managers and sound crew in production week.
