Manage three major Manufacturing Accounts with a volume of 100+ employees in various levels. Responsible of payroll processes, documentation compliance and employee relations. Ensure the availability of qualified flexible employees, through appropriate recruiting and skill matching to achieve total client satisfaction. Interact daily with customers, over the phone and in person. Identify recruiting needs and develop recruiting sources. Recruit, interview, and make employment decisions. Determine client needs, place appropriately skilled employees on assignments and conduct quality control audits. Generate head hunting and executive recruiting activities mostly through networking; for clients permanent placement needs. Communicate and coordinate the various aspects of branch operations required to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Provide GMP’s, SOP’s, Safety and documentation trainings for industrial employees. Perform credit and collection activities in accordance with company policies.
