Growing up, I displayed an affinity for two things: bejeweled microphones and jewelry. Whenever I saw something that even remotely resembled a microphone, I felt an overwhelming and irresistible compulsion to pick it up and speak or sing into it. We know where that led. 😁Radio was my first job out of school, and over the past 25 years, I have tried many times to give it up in pursuit of other interests. But somehow, it kept calling me back. I can only chalk it up to serendipity; I was always meant to be a part of Kiss92's breakfast show, and I eventually fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming not just a radio DJ, but a rather illustrious one, if I may add, with the support of a dream team! ✨In 2021, at the height of my radio career, I hung up my headphones to pursue my other passion: gemstones and jewelry. To me, jewelry is more than just a piece of metal or stone. It connects our past and future, commemorates special occasions, celebrates cultures and traditions, and expresses individuality. It's also my way of making the world a more beautiful and brighter place.The MADLY chapter is still being written. Next year, in 2024, we will celebrate our 10th anniversary! Even though the brand has garnered quite a cult following and made a name for itself internationally, I feel like we are only just getting started. More than just a jewelry brand, MADLY is a design house that promotes the arts, nurtures budding talents, and inspires stellar designers. I hope you will join me on this new and sparkling adventure. 💫
