We partner with homeowners to professionally market and sell their homes and we enable newcomers to the Sunshine State to find homes they’ll love to come home to!We often update and refresh a home’s interior, stage it and up its curb appeal to make it “list-worthy.” Then, we apply multi-platform marketing strategies to reach potential buyers. My job connects people in an uplifting way making everyone more able to get where they want to go.Personally, I am an Artist, Writer, and Interior Design/Home Reno Specialist with four decades of experience in hotel and restaurant marketing with high-end hotel brands. I studied filmmaking with Martin Scorsese, worked as assistant to Stan Lee and became writer/editor at Marvel and DC, earned second degree in hospitality management, travelled the world representing Hilton Hotels, and have channeled my creativity into art, design and home rehab/refresh in the real estate industry. When needed, our partner contractors get every home in shape so Sellers realize the most profit. To assist our retiree and second-home markets and Military retirement/relocation Buyers, we work with new construction developers who continue to create exciting new builds here in S Florida.
