Brand Manager

• Designing, ordering, and distributing all brand materials, including apparel, banners, vehicle signage, brochures, flyers, website contents, social media, promotional items, etc.• Meeting regularly with department managers to keep their marketing materials up to date (ex: brochure updates to reflect new services or industry standards, creation of new marketing documents to meet department needs and account for industry updates, periodic Leaaf-organized trainings and lunch & learns designed to help our clients stay ahead)• Scheduling and planning events, such as Leaaf's grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony in January 2020, multiple lunch & learn presentations, and other one-off events on an as-needed basis. This has included organizing with multiple third-party vendors, press, professional organizations, clients, competitors, and government officials.• Managing deadlines associated with gathering appropriate information and approvals necessary for Request for Proposal (RFP) submittals• Organizing, updating, and otherwise maintaining information associated with the compilation of RFPs (resumes, project examples, other up-to-date company information)• Creating regular content for website and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin)• Maintaining social media profiles, including planning content, scheduling posts, engagement, analytics, etc.• Designing all brand materials, including apparel, banners, vehicle signage, brochures, flyers, website contents, social media, promotional items, etc.• Regularly updating Leaaf's marketing calendar of events to include local lunches, networking events, trainings, public meetings, and other areas of interest for business development.
