Her work has covered a diverse range of projects in scope, scale & location and included an extensive & versatile set of design skills and management experience due to her involvement in works in over a dozen countries in five continents, encompassing over eighty projects in architecture, interiors, set-designs, concept art, urban design, landscape architecture, master-planning, as well as city and regional planning. Maddy is the principal proprietor of Nomad 9 Design - a multi-disciplinary consultancy founded in New York. She has served as the Director North America for the Italian firm OBR and has worked with noted Montreal architect and Order of Canada recipient Dan S Hanganu for several years. She's also worked with Group Arcop Architects, Canada, Group IBI-DAA, for South Florida's largest residential developer, for the firm founded by esteemed Canadian landscape architect/educator Ron Williams and on projects undertaken by the Canadian International Development Agency & by the Aga Khan Foundation. She founded her first company which implemented design projects in Asia, while in her early 20s. Maddy's work has won her several academic & professional awards and fellowships through the years and she has also been an invited guest lecturer at various institutions. She has lived in eleven different cities around the world and speaks 6 languages.Besides architecture & urban design, she is also involved in a world music project "Planetary Coalition" with twenty seven eminent musicians from five continents - highlighting social, political & ecological issues.
