As the company's editor, I worked with a small team to develop content for Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Butcher, The Sicilian Baker, The Mexicano, and Tomaso's. I brainstormed ideas for content, assisted on shoots, managed media, and edited the content for Instagram. I also edited interviews and documentary-style videos to be played at awards ceremonies, such as NIAF. I communicated directly with the team and ownership to create compelling content that aligned with the brands and the team's vision.After being promoted to content creator, my responsibilities expanded to include videography, photography, hiring new team members, developing new brands, and creating shot lists and storyboards. Since taking on this role, my team almost tripled our productivity on set and doubled the Instagram engagement rates across almost all four brands that we managed. We also added a fifth brand, The Rosticceria, and built their media presence and style from the ground up.I have had my work here featured in Forbes and the National Italian American Foundation (NIAF) award ceremony and Instagram.
