assist in baking and breads preparation

try to learn more, and back as a baker again, i change ship company to ligabue. the name of the ship i join is ms hamburg. there i work as a baker alone myself. prepare all kind of breads for breakfast, lunch and dinner, making croissant, danish manually from scratch, make order of the ingridients needed and more. i learn alot here

1,5 year at home because of corona outbreak , finally going onboard again and start with new position, worked hard as a baker & pastry making breads and simple dessert only for crew and contractor because at that time no guest are onboard

helping in buffet at pizza section for 2 month then assist bakery team for 5 month, assist in pastry and finally promotion in the end of the contract

second contract and same position as an extra guy help in wherever a section short of hand, but at least i got proper place in bakery only for 5 month, then help in pastry as tea time production and worked night shift

i started my carrier on cruise ship as an utility baker. help all the need in bakery, become extra crew which always fill wherever a work section short of crew such as in buffet, hot galley and last until end of the contract helping in pastry
