Responsible for immaculate condition of all F & B operating equipment including chinaware, glassware, stainless steel and their respective storage, take inventories of chinaware, and glassware. Report shortages and breakages and requisitions replacement of equipment from purchasing, Conduct inventory control of all operating equipment; liaise with outlet heads toSet-up par stock.

Supporting team to open Hilton Bandung by pre opening set-up,prepare training session (knowledge and skill) ,and organize store included set up equipment for all kitchen (inventory list) and set up standard procedure manual.
