Maintains property appearance, equipment and systems, including physical plant and fixtures in accordance with corporate mission statement, to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.

1. Plans, organizes, and implements a maintenance program for the property.2. Obtains and uses proper equipments for the various maintenance and repairing activities required to maintain all property systems.3. Uses appropriate checklists to perform scheduled inspections of all guest rooms and public areas.4. Reports to the Chief Engineer about all hazards in all guest and employee areas. Advises and discusses all major repairs with Chief Engineer before calling a company to fix damaged items.5. Repairs and maintains all interior and exterior furniture for loose screws, webbing and joints.6. Makes a weekly check of all light bulbs, replaces those which have burned out.7. Directs a program of grouting around bathtubs, grab bars, and soap dishes in guest/public bathrooms.8. Keeps all vacuum cleaners and housekeeping equipment in good operating condition.9. Maintains all swimming equipment in proper working condition. Backwash and vacuums as needed, and maintains a proper pH condition of the water. Holds proper chlorine levels and other conditions to Health Department standards.10. Follows schedule for maintaining all major drains and sewage lines to prevent stoppages.11. Makes a list and specify the location of all electric power switches, resets, and circuit breakers.12. Makes a list and specify the location of all shut-off valves and what they control.13. Follows inspection and lubrication schedule for all motors and belts.14. Follows condenser-cleaning schedule of refrigeration equipment.15. Follows lubrication schedule on all water pumps. Check seals and replace as needed.16. Follows schedule for cleaning and chemically treating the cooling tower.17. Performs all other duties as may be required by Chief Engineer.18. Ensures all electronic locks on guest room and public access doors are working properly. Must be able to change batteries in unit, and install new locking devices when necessary.

Responsible For Cogeneration Plant such as : Sewage Water Treatment, Daily water test Pool, Preventive maintenance Boiler, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Domestic water Pump, Regeneration Water Softener, Backwash Filter Clean water, Preventive Generator, Daily Water and Energy Record ,Room Maintenance task : Special handle Guest Complaint ,such as Electrical Blank, TV, Sound system,cold and hot water system,phone etc in room ,Fixed pump Submersible and pump pool.
