My main responsibilities include:- Searching for, assessing, and recruiting potential employees.- Managing the onboarding and training processes for new employees.- Developing performance evaluation systems (KPI) and standard operating procedures (SOP).- Managing payroll using the existing system.- Handling complaints, mediation, and maintaining good relationships between management and employees.- Managing employee data, attendance, employment contracts, BPJS, WLKP, company regulations (PP) and other important documents.

I work as a permanent employee at this company. My duties and responsibilities focus on the areas of human resource management and business consulting, including:HR Management:- Assist and represent clients in resolving various industrial relations disputes- Drafting all documents related to human resource management, such as: Employment Contracts, Company Regulations, SOPs, Warning Letters, etc.- Carrying out the entire recruitment process for clients starting from formation planning, publishing job vacancy advertisements on various platforms, selecting and sorting CVs, interviews, and employment contracts signing- Assist clients in managing absenteeism, overtime and payroll in the company- Responsible for providing information and consultation to clients to stay abreast of the latest employment laws and regulations.Business Consulting:- Assist clients in building businesses in Indonesia starting from KBLI consultancy, notary deed of establishment, OSS registration, zone check (RDTR)- Assist clients in fulfilling required licensing obligations
