CurrentCurrently leading activities of planning, stakeholders’ coordination, cost estimations, & ensuring of successful outcome of project. Also adept at execution of procurement functions to deliver the material and services efficiently. My responsibilities include: • Facilitated communication and collaboration among diverse teams, including Cost and Contracts Leads, Finance and Procurement Department, ensuring smooth operation.•Reviewed and processed cost related submissions (Invoices) from the Contractors.•Verified submitted invoices against the job executed, Master agreement rates and issued PO.•Collected, compiled, and organized data for Technical Community Meetings (TCM) to JVPs•Prepared reports comprising dashboards of various charts, graphics demonstrating planned vs. earned and actual progress achieved, showing planned vs allotted budget and maintenance jobs.•Monitored routine work activities and followed SAP PM program to ensure PM compliance and achieved maintenance KPI targets. •Prepared OPEX and CAPEX budget keeping in view expected maintenance and any modification or new installations.•Created requests for materials/services in SAP (Purchase Requestion/Services Requisitions), identification of vendors/suppliers assuring capability and timely delivery of works, performed technical evaluations. •Proficiently coordinated procurement involving material identification, vendor estimation, tendering, contract negotiations & finalization of goods purchase.•Developed ITB / project scope document for construction / EPC contractors and conducted technical bid analysis against RFQs.•Maintained an inventory system for relevant spare parts of all machines by coordinating with supply chain department and adjusting the maximum/minimum levels.•Effectively managed 3 Annual Turnarounds (2019-2021) with coordination with maintenance section. Did additions/deletions & sets priorities on all jobs according to type of shutdown and operational requirements.
