The Hands Up Project is a charity trust which, through its network of volunteers, connects children around the world with young people in Palestine. By means of online interaction, drama and storytelling activities, it enables the use of creativity and self-expression to promote mutual understanding, personal growth, and the development of English language skills.

This is a highly challenging and lucrative business and as the Founder and Early Years Educator my role is not only to manage the day to day running of the club, marketing of the club, dealing with parents and vendors, maintaining financial matters, but to also apply the following for the children that attend.  Planning, preparing and delivering activities to a range of age groups, creating inspirational displays, marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records, progress and development.
