Performance Review Analyst
CurrentMadeeha works as a Performance Review Analyst and in her current role she monitors different VOA services on their content and programming on Radio, TV, Digital, Social Media and Mobile platforms. She provides solutions, recommendations and guidance to improve overall programming standards for these entities. Her work includes market analysis, evaluation of multimedia program content, production values and examination of current research among many other aspects of the Program Review process. She closely works with several VOA entities to help them uplift the production and content quality, to implement recommendations for improvements and to monitor progress against the goals. She assists the VOA leadership on the status of various VOA entities and provides suggestions/solutions on fixing the issues.
