Quality Assurance Technician
CurrentPreparing all daily monitoring records and monitors activities at the specified frequency.Performing pre-operational inspection on equipment.Performing and assist in preparation and conducting environmental swabbing program.Assisting in weekly and monthly sampling programs.Ensuring all employees are adhering to the written procedures and GMP.Adhering to the identified CCPs for safe product and ensure quality inspections are done consistently.Inspecting equipment and all lines for daily pre-operational start up.Performing hourly food safety and quality assurance inspections as necessary.Assisting and ensure changeovers are completed as required.Monitoring and assisting in batching process controls by collecting lot code information.Ensuring completion of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly monitoring tasks and records.Performing all monitoring and verifications as per schedule.Aid in Recall and traceability system.Calibrating equipment as per schedule.Sampling finished product for sample retention daily.Conducting quality control tests (during production).Providing support and advice to production in quality issues (during production).Ensuring assigned personnel are following cleaning and sanitation procedures by filling out sanitation formsPerforming swabs collection as regulatory and company and customer requirements.Performing other duties as assigned.
