• Working closely with relocating employee, spouse/partner and/or family to support them in the relocation process• Primary point of contact to employees relocating from Europe and Middle East. Provides ongoing support to international assignees and their families throughout the assignment• Regularly coordinates with third-party vendors for employee’s immigration, tax services, immigration, accommodation, shipment and healthcare requirements• Ensures complete documentation of all assignees• Provides easy to use and understand information to employees on the relocation process• Responds to queries about any International Assignment processs and policies• Ensures compliance to the client's existing standards
