I am a public speaker, investigative researcher and journalist, founder and co-host of the STE Academy and owner of With Nature's Rhythm health food store. I am passionate about inspiring the return to Self, Nature, and Balance, and aligned contribution to the eco-systems we find ourselves in. My background is extremely diverse and I feel my journey has equipped me with the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to reach more people with what I have come to know. My favourite outlook at the moment is actually one shared often by Gary Vee - while the world is doing red or blue, what if the answer is purple? I think the principle of balance has a lot to share with us during these times but before we apply it to the world outside of us, we need to apply to the one within. It starts with us.
