Liaising with executives to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals. Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of the key accounts including WIPs, briefings and responses; all task and time management to ensure smooth progress. Oversee Human Resource Management function. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Oversee customer support processes with end-goal of delivering impeccable and timely customer service. Review of financial information and operational budgets to promote profitability. Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.
