I am a current biomedical engineering student seeking a future in the wearable biotechnology industry. As a continuous glucose monitor user, the combination of life-saving bioinformatics as well as user accessibility and utility is my focus. I am also pursuing a minor in Disabilities in Society in order to further my passion/work in chronic illness advocacy, which I am active in on social media as a member of the Dexcom Warrior program and a frequent promoter of ExpressionMed medical device adhesives. Additionally, I am an interim employee of American Hearing Care and have direct experience in the medical device industry.As a student, I am an academic first and foremost but also a proud musician with leadership experience in marching band, jazz band, and concert band. I have participated in winterguard at a nationally competitive level, was captain of a state finalist marching band, and provide private lessons on french horn when I am able to in order to keep this side of my career active.
