Ensures that projects are moving along and keeps tabs on each project’s to-do list. Schedules and coordinates all vendors and contractors for 15-20 active clients. Purchases and keeps track of all items and furniture ordered for clients. Communicates project progress to clients and helps them with anything they need.

Filed e-commerce orders on Quickbooks and prepared documents needed to put orders into production. Spearheaded organization and management of jewelry samples. Communicated with retail buyers via phone and email to meet their needs and wishes. Added and edited products on website via BigCommerce. Prepared and shipped orders.

Worked once a week in Oberlin College’s Track & Field Office during the school year and continued working independently throughout the summer from home. Helped with organization, emailing and communicating with prospective student athletes, and gathering data for mailings to be sent to prospective students.

Was one of 20 interns chosen from a pool of 250 applicants to intern for 8 weeks at the Smithsonian American Art Museum. Split my 40 hour per week schedule between the Development office and Public Programs office.
