As simPRO Software grows globally my role is to ensure all systems across the business are documented and are as uniform as possible. I also ensure any changes in process necessary are implemented correctly across all countries. During my first year I created over 100 documents so that best practice could be communicated to all relevant staff. Regular audits are conducted to ensure process is followed and risks can be identified. - Documentation and implementation of internal operational processes & systems- Auditing of internal process- Quality AssuranceNew Systems Implementations & SalesforceSince late 2015 I have been working with multiple teams to start the tradition of simPRO over to new internal systems starting with the finance package, Intacct. Worked with the Implementation teams located in the US to ensure the product replaced our previous system seamlessly without interrupting our daily invoicing and payment receipting. Worked with our own development teams locally to build an integration to our own software for the interim.Since November 2016 I have been working with another team member to Implement Salesforce as the second phase of the full internal systems rollout for simPRO. This has included:- Mapping out the businesses needs and requirements- Meeting with business stakeholders to ensure a global approach as all countries would be brought into one database- Working with implementation partners over 4 months to build and configure the systems for our needs- Work with internal staff to configure and implement the JIRA connector- Developing training programs to ensure smooth roll out for all staff- Manage the ongoing maintenance throughout the testing and roll out process- Complete all the data migration internally from original systemsProducts being rolled out:- Pardot- Sales Cloud- Service Cloud- CPQ- Adobe Sign- Live Agent- Intacct Integration- JIRA integration

At the time that I worked at NuEnergy I had a team of sales people who would go to sites to assess and quote on solar systems. My job was to coordinate and manage this team.
