NMPP is a community-based, maternal child health organization whose mission is to save babies and help women take charge of their reproductive, social, and economic lives. NMPP seeks to reduce health disparities among vulnerable, at-risk families and individuals by delivering critical health and social services to the Central and East Harlem, Washington Heights, and Inwood communities of Manhattan.I'm responsible for directing the overall daily operations of NMPP in accordance with its mission, applicable law, and the policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors.

Professional Experience: Responsible for overseeing the Outreach and Integration Services (OIS) program concurrent with the Disaster Case Management (DCM) program. OIS consists of: a Walk In Center, several satellites, a Call Center and the DYCD NDA Housing program. The New York State Disaster Case Management program addresses the unmet needs of survivors of Hurricane Irene, Tropical Storm Lee and Hurricane Sandy.

Oversaw the department programmatic activities, which included the Partnership Project/Work Force Development, Homelessness Prevention programs, and the New York Times Neediest Cases Fund.

Provided the Coalition with vision, guidance and a clear sense of mission. Worked with the Board to review, approve and provide input on important decisions, such as key policy and strategic decisions.

Sage House 2002-2003Managed daily program operations. Ensured that all residents were provided with services and safe living environment in accordance with the state regulations. Provided overall clinical and administrative supervision to all levels of staff. Recruited and made all hiring decisions.Safe Horizon/Bronx Oasis (currently known as Willow House) 2000-2002 Project DirectorBronx Oasis, comprising 70 beds at 12 host homes and 16 beds in dwelling apartments. Managed Oversaw the direct service delivery and intake of all clients; monitored the program budget, monthly billing and expenditures.

Provided individual and family therapy to foster children, foster parents and birth parents. Conducted weekly group sessions for children and adolescents.
