The API product was positioned in the EV sector in Europe and Scandinavia and enabled end-consumers to charge their vehicles with multiple vendors through one subscription billed monthly.Mandated with transitioning product strategy from growth to maintenance, I worked closely with Operations to observe their needs and build tooling that increased service autonomy and reduced developer involvement in fulfilling remaining contracts. Working with an API service prompted me to expand my technical communication skills. Learning and using UML to negotiate complexity with developers on one hand, and simplify functional understanding with non-technical stakeholders on the other, has been invaluable on my Product journey. -
Product ManagerCobot May 2022 - Mar 2023Berlin, GermanyCobot is a pioneering provider of coworking and flex-space management software. It streamlines membership plans, resources, events, booking, and billing for both community managers (admins) and members. As part of my time as a PM at Cobot I wrote requirements and created a novel beta-testing program for a high-risk subscription extra that replaced a historic one-page mini-app with a multi-page checkout. Carefully combining customer feedback, post-pandemic industry usage observations, and strategic release enabled us to improve as we launched, de-risk the project and dramatically increase revenue over the historic app. Additionally, I structured a detailed QA process and worked with developers to automate it, reducing post-release bug reportage by an estimated 20%. I remain extremely thankful to Cobot for letting me experiment with the release process and structure, optimising it both in terms of required resources and feature success. -
