Hey, I'm Madeleine and I work as an all-rounder in the area of agile business.In the roles of Scrum Master, SPC, RTE, Agile Coach or Product Owner, I have been working in international teams in Stuttgart and China for almost 8 years now. From the automotive industry to connected power tools, from Scrum to SAFe, in web or app, in large corporations or medium-sized businesses: everything has been part of my experience to this point – even family businesses with their very special challenges are part of my treasure trove of experience as well.No matter in which field of activity, my approach is always the same: My personal goal is to make the world a little bit better every day!
