-Provide world-class client services to a portfolio of customers (real estate agents) to identify their marketing needs, build strategic marketing plans to guide them to success, and help execute to deliver on those needs efficiently.-Act as the single point of marketing accountability for The Hamptons region, acting as marketing representation at sales meetings, managing brand budget, and liaising with Managing Directors.-Sustain proficiency and promote the value and application of Compass’ products, tools, and programs to our customers, both generally and in response to specific marketing needs.-Create strategic marketing plans in tandem with the Compass platform that allow agents to maximize the effectiveness of their budgets against tactics that will work toward achieving their marketing goals and grow their business; including branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, paid media, etc.-Liaise between Compass’ design team and agents to communicate and coordinate the delivery of larger projects and all associated materials (photography, copywriting, overall content development, etc), while establishing cohesion between the Compass brand and the marketing/advertising deliverables of our agents.-Work with advertising and media vendors to secure agent advertising spend and budget allocations, as well as opportunities for the local Compass brand.-Assist in hiring, elevating and mentoring a top-notch team of Marketers.

- Assists the EVP and Creative Director of Marketing and Publicity with daily administrative tasks including scheduling, department meetings, coding, invoicing, mailings, and budgets.- Assists Title Publicists in the creation and execution of book campaigns.- Coordinates and executes various national awards submissions for Random House Publishing Group titles and authors.
