Preparation, coordination, and reporting of department’s OM&A budget. Runs reports and compiles budget data to assist with budget issue resolution. Provides assistance to team members on company programs and processes. Arranges, tracks and reports team member training.Coordinates meetings, events and trainings. Assists our regional office employees with expense report and timesheet issues. Gathers, organizes and checks monthly department/region objective performance information, organize and confirm maintenance / financial data. Maintains all regional files. Performs other administrative, clerical and accounting activities as required (filing, record keeping, document control, invoice processing, and other support functions as assigned.

Perform daily clerical work and scheduling of executive business travels. Helps Human Resource Manager and performs all duties with a great deal of confidentiality. Meets with leads and managers to create accurate job descriptions. Helps to create marketing materials and other collateral to promote product. Have knowledge of government contracting and ways to market specifically to the government sector. Attends trade-shows to promote product on local Air force Base. Works directly will all CEO, VP, COO and other executive officers.
