Financial Services Representative subcontracted through Aerotek.At TD Ameritrade I was tasked with handling a wide variety of incoming calls. I assisted our clients by offering step-by-step guidance as well as providing means of education to help them reach their financial goals. Following strict verification procedures and ensuring the highest level of customer service. In February the long awaited Scottrade merger took place. With the high volume of clients being converted over to TD Ameritrade, I began taking double the amount of calls that I was previously tasked with but was still able to ensure a positive client experience. I maintained a customer satisfaction rating of 93% and was able to leave a long lasting impact on the converted Scottrade clientele.

As a Teller at Regions Bank, I handled a large number of both personal and commercial client transactions. My tasks were anywhere between deposits/withdrawals to preparing our weekly cash shipments.
